The shooting of the Tu-95 pilot. What is known about it

Information about the attempt on the Russian invader was first reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

In the Russian city of Engels, the commander of the Tu-95 strategic bomber crew, Major Oleg Sergeevich Stegachev, was shot dead, the report says.

Ukrainian intelligence officers also draw attention to the fact that the indicated pilot of the Russian Air Force was born on June 23, 1983, and served at the Enels Air Base (military unit 06987).

What is important to understand is that he is directly involved in launching rocket attacks on civilian objects in Ukraine and killing our people.

The GUR also specifies that the Russian occupier suffered gunshot wounds as a result of the attempt.

However, it has not yet been possible to find out whether he died.

We remind you that retribution awaits all war criminals - we know your names, addresses, car numbers, usual routes and habits. Justice is inevitable! Glory to Ukraine! - emphasizes the GUR team.
