According to the information of the Siversky District Emergency Service, a fire broke out on the territory of the Il'sky Oil Refinery at around 2:00 a.m. on February 9, — reports the region's operational headquarters.
The fire is currently extinguished. There were no injuries as a result of the fire.
By 3 o'clock in the morning, the open burning was quickly extinguished by the plant's services. There are no casualties. Operational and emergency services continue to work on the spot, which will complete the liquidation of the fire and establish the causes of the event, rescuers said.

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that on the night of February 9, it allegedly intercepted and destroyed 19 Ukrainian drones in 4 regions of the Russian Federation and over the Black Sea.

According to the governor of the Oryol region, drones allegedly attacked the facilities of the fuel and energy complex in this region, but they were reportedly destroyed.
