The newly elected head of the Polish government, Donald Tusk, emphasised that the European Union is not tired of Ukraine but is tired of the leader of Hungarian leader Viktor Orban.

Tusk put Orbán in his place after his scandalous statements

According to the Polish PM, after all, the EU leadership will be able to find arguments for the pro-Russian politician Orban to remove his veto from aid to Ukraine for 50 billion euros.

There is no so-called problem of fatigue from Ukraine, but there is a problem of fatigue from Viktor Orban. We have so many problems to solve, and of course we need to strengthen our unity around Ukraine today, — urged Donald Tusk.

The Polish leader frankly admitted that he cannot understand and accept this "very strange" and "very selfish game" of Viktor Orbán.

He says there can be no talk of a compromise on the Ukrainian issue.

It is up to Viktor Orbán to decide whether Hungary is part of our community or not. This is a black and white story. "My intuition tells me that we will find some strong arguments to eventually convince Orban," said the Polish Prime Minister.

Tusk urged partners never to forget about Ukraine

According to the Polish politician, in the medium term, the international community should think more not about harsh measures but about more precise consequences" for Hungary.

Donald Tusk noted that the Ukrainian issue is an existential issue not only for Poland.

... And for all of us, Viktor's position today concerns security. This is something so obvious and at the same time unacceptable, so we must think about all possible measures and all possible consequences in the future, but maybe not today, — said the Polish PM.
