Official Paris is increasingly serious about the idea of sending its troops to the territory of Ukraine. The head of the French MFA chief, Stéphane Séjourné, stated this.

France can still send troops to help the AFU

The head of French diplomacy notes that he supports the position of President Emmanuel Macron, who previously claimed that it is necessary to consider new actions to support Ukraine.

These must respond to particular needs. I am thinking in particular of mine clearance, cyber defence, the production of weapons on site, on Ukrainian territory.

According to him, some actions may require the presence of French troops on the territory of Ukraine, but "without crossing the threshold" of hostilities.

Nothing can be ruled out. This was and remains the position of the president of the [French] republic today, the French diplomat explained.

What Macron said about the possibility of introducing Western troops into Ukraine

French leader Emmanuel Macron officially confirmed that the allies of Kyiv have already discussed a possible scenario of introducing their troops into Ukraine.

According to him, they can come to the aid of the Armed Forces to restrain the Russian army.

However, as Macron explained, no such decision has been made yet.

Many people who today say "Never and never" were the same people who two years ago said: "No tanks, no planes, no long-range missiles," the French leader said.

In addition, he created a coalition to provide Ukraine with long-range missiles and bombs.

It is worth noting that Macron's words provoked real panic in the Kremlin. There, they again talked about the inevitable start of the war with NATO.
