What is happening in different parts of the front
The AFU General Staff provided operational information regarding the Russian invasion as of 6:00 p.m. 03/04/2024.
During the day, 63 combat clashes took place.
In total, the enemy launched five missiles. Russians made 44 airstrikes and 68 MLRS shelling at the positions of our troops and populated areas.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders six times in the area of the Synkivka settlement of the Kharkiv region.
In the Lyman direction, our soldiers repelled one enemy attack in the area of Terny settlement of Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defence of our troops.
In the Bakhmut direction, defence forces repelled three enemy attacks in the Andriivka settlement of the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve their tactical position.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 21 enemy attacks in the Novoselyvka, Berdychi, Tonenke, Pervomayske and Nevelske settlements of the Donetsk region.
On the Novopavlivskyi direction, the defence forces continue to hold back the enemy in the districts of Georgiivka, Novomykhailivka, Vodyane, Prechystivka, and Urozhaine of the Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried 16 times to break through the defences of our troops.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) operations in Orikhiv's direction.
In the Kherson direction, despite significant losses, the enemy does not give up its intention to knock out our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro River. Thus, during the day, the enemy carried out unsuccessful assaults two times.
