The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), Oleksiy Danilov, explained the essence of the changes that will be made to the process of mobilization in Ukraine against the background of the continuation of the criminal war unleashed by the Kremlin.

What is known about changes to the mobilization process in Ukraine

The Secretary of the National Security Council emphasized that the government plans to change the procedure for mobilization in Ukraine.

Danilov noted that changes to the mobilization procedure will be announced this week.

He noted that the country's leadership is counting on cooperation with private recruiting companies.

The Secretary of the National Security Council explained that this should help to conduct a more targeted draft to replenish the ranks of the Armed Forces.

Danilov emphasized that the participation of private recruiting companies should also assure conscripts that they will undergo military service according to their skills and not just go to the front.

Some people are afraid, afraid to die, afraid to shoot, but this does not mean that they cannot be involved in other types of activities... Now we have a new minister with a new approach, NSDC Secretary noted.

According to him, cooperation with the two largest Ukrainian staffing companies is planned.

What is known about the new conditions of mobilization and conscription

They will work together to identify people who want to help the army but do not want to be at the front.

Mobilization will become more flexible, those specialties that are needed will be announced, and people will apply for a specific position. For example, they need welders or locksmiths and so on, Danilov explains.

It is noted that the interlocutor of journalists from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirmed on condition of anonymity that two contracts have already been signed.

It is also unclear how "deeply" such companies will be involved in searching for people.

At the same time, the secretary of the NSDC did not deny that there are currently severe problems with mobilization in Ukraine, but they are greatly exaggerated by Kremlin propaganda.

Russia is trying to heat up this issue, saying that we don't have enough soldiers, that we have problems with mobilization... There are always problems in life, let's not overestimate them, Danilov notes.
