According to Ilya Yevlash, the head of the press service of the "Khortytsia" OSTG, the Ukrainian military and intelligence currently do not observe any signs of preparations by the criminal army of the Russian Federation for an offensive in the direction of Kharkiv.
What is known about the situation in Kharkiv Oblast
Yevlash noted that the Ukrainian military is building fortifications in the event of an attempted attack by the occupation army of the Russian Federation in the direction of Kharkiv.
Actually, now we do not notice enough such powerful formations, offensive groups. Yes, it is possible that there are some local reinforcements, but there is no chance that they will go and have any success, since Kharkiv demonstrated that it is a Ukrainian city even at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, - emphasized Yevlash.
According to him, even if the Russian invaders attempt to attack Kharkiv, they have no chance of successfully implementing such a plan.

Yevlash added that since the beginning of the large-scale armed invasion, Ukraine has been building powerful fortifications in this direction.
This process is ongoing. Of course, it is constantly necessary to transport some materials, build some checkpoints, defensive lines. Not only in this direction, but also in Limanno-Kupyansk, fortification is constantly being strengthened, and all necessary measures are being taken for this purpose, - said the spokesman of the Khortytsia OSU.
What is known about the situation in other directions
According to Dmytro Likhovy, head of the press center of the "Tavria" Security Service of Ukraine, the criminal army of the Russian Federation is trying to break through the defenses of the Ukrainian military south of the coke plant in the Avdiyivka region of Donetsk region and in the quarry region in order to cut off the logistics supply routes for the armed forces.
Lykhovi emphasized that this is how the Russian army is trying to organize an operational encirclement of the Ukrainian military in Avdiivka.
If they get closer to that supply artery, that road that passes by the coke chemical plant, a little further west, then the supply, logistics, replacement and strengthening of our units in the operational area of Avdiyivka will be very complicated, - warned the spokesperson of the "Tavriya" OSU.
He also said that on February 8, the Russian Federation carried out an airstrike on the civilian Point of Invincibility in Avdiivka, when there were people in the storage there.
We still do not know the number of victims of this yet another Russian war crime, because there is no way to verify this situation - the process of entering Avdiivka for non-military personnel is very complicated. That is, the military can stop by at risk to their lives - they are there to perform tasks, but, for example, the law enforcement agencies that verify this, they still do not have information, - noted Lykhoviy.
