The next meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine (Ramstein format) will be held on March 19 at the Ramstein Air Base in Germany.

As noted, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin plans to hold a personal meeting of the Contact Group on Defense of Ukraine at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on March 19, 2024.
The U.S. Air Force said Austin again invited defense ministers and senior military officials from around the world to "discuss the crisis in Ukraine" and various security challenges facing U.S. allies and partners.
What is known about the meeting in the "Rammstein" format
The meeting in the "Ramstein" format is a series of diplomatic meetings of defense ministers of dozens of countries around the world.
The purpose of the meetings is to synchronize and accelerate the provision of military assistance to Ukraine against the background of its resistance to Russian aggression. In particular, the issue of supporting our country after the end of the war is raised.
The nineteenth meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine in the "Ramstein" format took place on February 19. This was the first meeting with the participation of the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi.
Then, at a meeting in the Rammstein format, a "coalition of drones" was formed and the list of its participants was announced. It plans to transfer one million drones to Ukraine.
It also became known that NATO and Ukraine are creating a joint training center in Poland.
