According to the CCD, Vincenzo Lorusso created a website and several pages on social networks with a reasonably large audience to spread anti-Ukrainian propaganda in Italian.
He regularly visits the TOT of Ukraine and prepares propaganda reports. In particular, he visited the occupied Mariupol, where he covered the "reconstruction" of the Russian city.
In addition, a Russian propaganda film about the war in Ukraine was to accompany the showing in Italy in January 2024. However, after publicity, the event was cancelled.
The journalist also spreads Kremlin propaganda narratives aimed at discrediting Ukraine.
In particular, he declares about "Nazism" in Ukraine, accuses the Armed Forces of Ukraine of war crimes, and actively "worked out" the topic of the alleged conflict between the Ukrainian President and the military command, the CCD notes.

In social networks, Isabel covers events in the world, in particular in Ukraine and the Middle East, in the light of Kremlin propaganda.
She became a "star" of the Russian propaganda media in 2023 when she started her activities at TOT. At the same time, she spread Kremlin propaganda narratives about the war as "the struggle of the Russian Federation against world evil". She promoted the thesis about the "hand of the United States" in the actions of the Ukrainian government.
