According to him, the United States will destroy its international authority if it refuses further aid to Ukraine.
Kuchma believes the current Ukrainian government should count on Congress to approve further assistance to Ukraine.
Kuchma noted that Western countries continue to look at Ukraine through the prism of the Russian Federation.
