Soldiers of 110th Brigade destroy Russia's Su-25 attack aircraft

On May 25, fighters of the 110th OMBr destroyed an enemy attack aircraft of the Russian Federation Su-25.

This is already the eighth Su-25 shot down by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 20 days

Fighters of the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade (OMBr) destroyed another Russian Su-25 attack aircraft. Military serviceman Serhiy Isayev reported this on Facebook.

"The eighth is gone!" he wrote.

According to his information, the plane was shot down in the Pokrovsky direction. And this is the eighth downed plane on the account of fighters in 20 days.

On May 18, the Ukrainian military from the 110th brigade also destroyed a Russian Su-25 fighter in Donetsk region.

Su-25 "Rach" is a subsonic attack aircraft designed to support ground troops over the battlefield and destroy objects with given coordinates.

Su-25s have been in service since 1981, 1,320 units were produced. Its cost is almost $11 million.

AFU announced the liquidation of more than half a million Russian occupiers

The Commander-in-Chief of the AFU, Oleksandr Syrskyi, published a video in which the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroy the Russian invaders and enemy military equipment.

According to the General Staff, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Ukrainian military has destroyed 500,080 Russian soldiers.

The defence forces of Ukraine destroyed 1,140 Russian occupiers over the past 24 hours.

Also, in just one day, Russia lost: 15 tanks, 11 armoured fighting vehicles, 27 artillery systems, 2 anti-aircraft guns, 1 anti-aircraft vehicle, 39 units of automobile equipment and tankers, and 3 units of special equipment.
