According to Russian propagandists, a new river has formed in Kazan after the breakthrough of underground communications.

Due to a utility accident, several streets were closed, one car turned into a ship. Water was turned off in five houses on Amirkhan Avenue and Chistopolska Street, the report says.

In addition, it is emphasised that three emergency service brigades and 16 pieces of equipment are trying to eliminate the consequences of the accident, but so far, they have been unsuccessful.

Also, on January 22, the residents of Vladivostok suffered from bad weather because the hurricane's winds destroyed everything in its path there.

According to local forecasters, gusts reach 34 meters per second.
