On March 6, an explosion occurred in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk of the Zaporizhzhia region. One of the organisers of the Russian "elections" was blown up.

What is known about the explosion in Berdyansk

The head of the Berdyansk city military administration, Victoria Galitsina, reported that an explosion was heard in the "Kolonia" neighbourhood. According to available information, one of the organisers of the pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk was liquidated.

Galitsina noted that on the eve of the "elections" and, especially after the explosion, the occupiers will increase the number of security forces.

Therefore, once again, we call on the citizens of Berdyansk to be cautious and careful. Avoid large crowds of people, representatives of "electoral" commissions, and polling stations themselves. Provocations by the occupiers are not excluded, she warned.

Explosions become more frequent in the occupied territories of Ukraine

On Feb.27, explosions rang out near the entrance to the office of Putin's party "United Russia" in the temporarily occupied Nova Kakhovka of the Kherson region. They also sounded near the "polling station".

Also, on Aug. 30, 2023, the pre-election regional headquarters of "United Russia" was also blown up in the temporarily occupied Nova Kakhovka of the Kherson region.

At the beginning of Sept. 2022, a similar blow-up of the United Russia headquarters occurred in the temporarily occupied Melitopol of the Zaporizhia region.

In May 2023, after an intense explosion in the temporarily occupied Luhansk, a deputy of the Russian State Duma, a member of the "United Russia" faction, Viktor Vodolatskyi, was injured.
