According to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, the Russian Federation is technically ready for nuclear war. The head of the Kremlin added that he would consider such a scenario if the West would introduce its troops into Ukraine.

The head of the Kremlin emphasizes that if the White House dared to introduce American troops into Ukraine, official Moscow would consider such a move the same as the introduction of US troops into Russian territory, that is, as an intervention.
I have already said [US President Joe] Biden is a representative of the traditional political school... In addition to Biden and others, there are plenty of experts in the field of Russo-American relations and strategic restraint. So I don't think everything will be so head-on, but we are ready for it," said the Russian dictator.
What's more, Putin added that the "vampire ball is coming to an end", accusing the West of the genocide being carried out by the Russian army in Ukraine.

According to Putin, there was never a need to use tactical nuclear weapons in the war against Ukraine.
Russian propagandists asked the head of the Kremlin whether he had ever had such a desire.
