Resignation of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet RF. Intelligence of Britain named the reason

UK Ministry of Defence
Viktor Sokolov

On the conviction of British intelligence officers, the dismissal of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, Admiral Viktor Sokolov, was due to the fact that the aggressor country lost a lot of its ships in the war against Ukraine.

What is known about the resignation of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the RF

The Ministry of Defense of Great Britain draws attention to the fact that the decision of the Russian authorities to resign Sokolov is obviously connected with Ukraine's great successes in dealing with the losses of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, the last of which was the defeat of the Caesar Kunikov VDC.

Despite the fact that this has not been confirmed by the Russian Ministry of Defense, Sokolov was probably replaced in his position by his former deputy, Vice Admiral Sergey Pinchuk, as a temporary acting officer, during the internal investigation into the sinking of the amphibious assault ship "Caesar Kunikov" on February 15, - the statement says British spies.

Interestingly, the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain still has not officially clarified whether it considers Sokolov alive after his sudden disappearance from the information field.

As mentioned earlier, Sokolov does not appear in public after the successful Ukrainian attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol and rumors of his death.

The probable death of Sokolov. What is known

On September 25, the SSO of Ukraine announced that as a result of an attack on the headquarters in Sevastopol, 34 officers were killed, including the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

Immediately after that, Russia showed a video of an online meeting allegedly attended by Sokolov, and a video where he makes a comment, but the shooting date is unknown.

Subsequently, the SSO team announced that it was verifying the information about the death of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

It is worth paying attention to the fact that the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov, neither confirmed nor denied the news about the liquidation of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation.

The Pentagon also has no data on whether the commander of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation is alive.
