According to the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) representatives, the Kremlin is looking for military instructors to be sent to African countries in occupied Crimea.

Moscow also conducts persistent recruiting in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular — in the temporarily occupied Crimea, the DIU message says.
In particular, the signing of contracts is offered to Russian military reserves, specialists in the maintenance of Russian-made air defence systems, military sailors and some other specialists in the military and technical sphere.
The agreements are designed for several years with a monthly salary comparable to the financial support of the Russian occupiers fighting against Ukraine.
Mercenaries are attracted not only by high earnings, but also by the possibility of avoiding participation in the war against our state, which involves high risks of death, — explain the representatives of the HUR.
The intelligence clarified that the purpose of sending the corresponding contingent was that the Russian Federation saw the expansion of its influence in Africa.
What is known about the situation in the occupied territories
In the occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russian aggressors are intensifying punitive measures and increasing the size of the force occupation structures due to their inability to prepare a farce with the so-called holding of the Russian presidential elections.
The DIU representative Andrii Yusov reported on the growth of the Ukrainian resistance movement in the Ukrainian territories temporarily occupied by Russia, both politically and in terms of implementing complex combat missions.
Despite the large contingent of the occupation army in the occupied territories, the invaders are asking to increase the number of Russian Guards and the number of representatives of the FSB and special services to control the local population. And they report to the mountain that the available contingent cannot satisfy — only the Russia's National Guard more than 35,000, not counting the employees of the special services — cannot guarantee the holding of the so-called "elections" according to the set tasks and even draw a ready result, — notes Yusov.
The DIU representative emphasised that the so-called holding of presidential elections in the Ukrainian territories occupied by the Russians is more of an action aimed at spreading and strengthening the influence of their propaganda.
He said this would not affect the Ukrainian military's further plans to liberate these territories.
Yusov recognised the facts of genocide and brazen violation of human rights in the occupied territories and violent change of identity.
However, the DIU representative emphasised that this did not help the aggressor country gain the local population's loyalty and establish control over it.
The representative of the GUR emphasised that the Russian special services play the role of punitive bodies to intimidate the Ukrainian population and suppress protest sentiments.
They understand that they were unable to convince the Ukrainians in the occupied territories of their good will or to ensure their loyalty and support. This task failed. And this means increasing further pressure on all levels, including educational institutions, where separately in all reports it is noted that young Ukrainians in the occupied territories literally hate Putin, the Putin regime and the Russian security forces, do not cooperate, which causes a separate wave of repression, in particular , against children and teenagers, — noted Yusov.
In turn, the National Resistance Center spokesman said that the level of anti-Russian sentiment is increasing; today, it is about 70% in the temporarily occupied territory.
In order to overcome the resistance of the local population, the occupiers use typical genocidal practices. This is ethnic cleansing and deportation of Ukrainians from the territory of Ukraine, from temporarily occupied territories. According to various data, to date, for example, there are already about 50,000 Russians and representatives of Central Asian countries in the temporarily occupied Mariupol. That is, Ukrainians are deported. Usually, these are depressed areas and people from Russia and the countries of Central Asia are transferred from there, — said the spokesman.
According to him, the change of the ethnic seed is taking place in all the Ukrainian cities temporarily occupied by Russia. Still, the Russians make the bigger cities their initial target. In this situation, the most significant number of people were brought to Mariupol.
At the same time, first of all, the Russians fill the occupied Ukrainian cities with people from depressed Russian territories.
They are promised the quality of "gold mountains" and high salaries, some big positions. Thus, they are lured and brought to the territory of Ukraine, — emphasises the spokesman.
