In the Tavria sector, the Russian occupiers' friendly fire has become more frequent. This was reported by Oleksandr Stupun, a spokesman for the Joint Press Center of the Tavria Defense Forces.
Why Russian soldiers more often shoot their own forces on battlefield
According to Oleksandr Stupun, the Russian occupiers in the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational-strategic group are in an extremely poor psychological state.
It is important to understand that it has deteriorated significantly against the backdrop of large-scale enemy losses in this area of the frontline.
In addition, it is noted that the Russian soldiers are still very scared today.
That is why they increasingly began to cover everything in sight with fire, even their own infantry and equipment.
Also, the enemy personnel do not want to take part in the assaults because they understand that there is no way back — they will definitely not survive.
In addition, it is emphasised that the total losses of Russians in the Tavria direction on 5 January amounted to 512 people and 40 pieces of military equipment.
