Russians struck Selydove in Donetsk region with missiles, two injured

On Mar. 12, the Russian military shelled the city of Selydove in the Donetsk region. As a result of the attack, two people were injured.

What is known about the Russian shelling of Selydove?

Around 1:30 a.m. on Mar. 12, the Russians launched d six S-300 missiles at the city of Selydove.

Two sisters aged 30 and 35 were injured as a result of one of them hitting the territory of a residential area. Both women were taken to the hospital with mine-explosive injuries, cuts and bruises.

At least 18 private and 14 high-rise buildings, administrative buildings, two garages, five cars, and power lines were damaged by the weapons' impact.

Prosecutors on the spot are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by representatives of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, the post says.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings for violation of the laws and customs of war.

Previous attacks of the Russian army in Donetsk region

On Mar. 10, the Russian occupiers attacked Myrnograd of the Donetsk region. Local authorities reported that the invaders used S-300 anti-aircraft missiles. However, the military claims that these were the latest Russian aerial bombs.

As a result of the Russian attack, apartment buildings and cars were damaged. Initially, it was known about nine victims, and later the prosecutor's office said that the number of wounded had increased to 11.

A 16-year-old teenager is among those injured as a result of shelling in Myrnograd.

The Russian occupiers are shelling the towns and villages of the region every day, as a result of which there are wounded or dead every day.
