The explosions at the oil refinery in Tuapse were an operation of the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU). The attack damaged the primary processing plant of petroleum products.

Attack on an oil depot in St. Petersburg

On January 18, the Russians announced an attempted attack on an oil depot in St. Petersburg. Insiders in the special services confirmed the attack, saying it was a successful special operation of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
