This was announced by the spokesman of the Naval Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, on the air of the telethon.
According to Pletenchuk, the Russian Black Sea Fleet has been in a state for a long time when it cannot use anything but missile-carrying ships against Ukraine. But now they have problems with rocket launchers.
They were cut off from Sevastopol, where their main logistics base is in the Black Sea, where all the infrastructure is. And most importantly, "Caliber" remained in Sevastopol. They are forced to quickly enter Sevastopol, quickly load one rocket and quickly get out of there. It can be stated that the work of the Black Sea Fleet, if not completely paralyzed, is very complicated, he stated.
The spokesman of the Navy added that the problem of loading missiles to Novorossiysk, where ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation fled after the strikes on Crimea, has not yet been resolved.
