The deputy commander of the 1st Infantry Battalion of the International Defense Legion of Ukraine Yan with the call sign "Kenobi" told online.ua in an interview that it is time to choose a profession and mobilize now.

Why you should mobilize now

Ian "Kenobi" says that the problem now is that army is running out of people.

And there will come a time when everyone may have to get there. This is already the case, I exaggerate that we all will be [in the army]. But now, while people are sitting, they are thinking: "I'll wait there when it's my turn."

While there is an opportunity, while there is a chance, it is better to go now, choose a specialty, learn a specialty and work in a certain specialty.

"Kenobi" says that people are afraid that they will be brought to the Military Commissariat by force, there they will sign some papers, put on an armored helmet, a uniform, give them a machine gun, bring them to a position and say: "Mykola, sit here, die."

People fear it, but they just don't understand. The army is a microstate within a state. Everything that exists in civilian life is repeated in the army. And while there is an opportunity now, before the critical moment has arrived, it is better to choose and go to work in some profession now.

According to "Kenobi", people are now sent to study courses abroad, there are many professional courses within the country. Training centers train snipers, ATGMs, drivers, and tankers.

In civilian life, the person was a tractor driver — please, let's put you in a tank, you go through a training course, if it's some kind of Soviet tank, there, let's say, 64, 72 — you sit and learn on it.

If it is something more modern or European, "Leopard", "Abrams" — you have to go abroad for training, if you have undergone professional training and it has been confirmed to you that you are a specialist — you start your service.

The combatant of the International Legion recalls that the soldiers who destroyed the enemy T-90 on the Bradley received training abroad, and the commander of the vehicle said that he used to play War Thunder .

Burn T-90 with "Bradley". Who will believe it? This is on the verge of fiction. I understand that the person was patriotic, he was ready to fight to the last at that moment.
