We clearly know that plans to destabilize the situation and disrupt Western arms supply systems have been developed, they exist. Certain elements are known to us precisely because of agency work. They are planning, that's normal, they are developing, - said Kyrylo Budanov.
According to Budanov, the Russians tried several times to disrupt the supply of equipment to Ukraine, but without success.
In case of a political decision to take such actions, they will be ready, - said the head of the GUR, adding that it is difficult to predict such decisions.
Delays in the supply of shells
It will be recalled that at the beginning of May 2023, the Council of the EU approved a decision on assistance to Ukraine in the amount of one billion euros for the joint procurement of ammunition and missiles.
It was planned that European countries would provide Ukraine with one million shells by March 2024. Currently, it is known that the EU countries were not able to fully implement the plan. According to Bloomberg, the EU will be able to provide Ukraine with 600,000 ammunition by March.
At the same time, the EU believes that starting next year they will be able to produce up to 2 million artillery ammunition for Ukraine annually.
