The head of the Foreign Ministry added that the security agreement contains specifics. Therefore, such an agreement can be signed when the US knows what kind of resource it operates.
These warranty agreements are concrete. The amounts and specific things that the participants of this agreement will work on are prescribed there. And the United States will be able to conclude this agreement when they clearly understand what resource is at their disposal. This is the logic, said Kuleba.

The minister emphasized that Ukraine has no doubts that such an agreement will be signed with the USA.
Security Guarantees for Ukraine
At the Vilnius NATO summit, the G7 countries signed a declaration on security guarantees for Ukraine, which was later joined by several other countries.
The agreement refers not only to military aid but also to financial and economic support and the restoration of Ukraine. In addition, the agreements guarantee assistance to Ukraine in case of repeated aggression by the Russian Federation.
On January 12, British PM Rishi Sunak came to Kyiv on a working visit. In the capital of Ukraine, he signed a historic agreement on cooperation in security with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed relevant agreements with Germany and France during his visit to Europe. Agreements with Denmark, Italy and Canada were also signed in Ukraine.
