In the NABU official statement, it is said that the court has seized 97,000 tons of oil products imported into Ukraine in violation of the legislation for another ten years.
One of the entrepreneurs in the field of oil business and a top official of the Administration of the President of Ukraine decided to take possession of them.
According to the investigation, they created a criminal organisation (CO) and managed to transfer oil products to a state-owned enterprise, in which they appointed controlled persons to management positions.
In the future, the state-owned enterprise sold the seized raw materials at reduced prices to a company controlled by the organizer of the scheme. At the same time, the funds that this company paid only partially were transferred to the accounts of other controlled business entities, and the state budget did not receive a single hryvnia.
It is worth paying attention to the fact that Ukraine's total losses reached UAH 967 million.
Currently, the following are suspected:
• former top official of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, CO co-organiser;
• entrepreneur, CO co-organiser;
• 4 CO members.
The SSU and NABU searched the ex-MP Pashynskyi
