The State Service for Emergency Situations (SSES) has nothing to do with the messages about the so-called "electronic evacuation plan" that Ukrainians started receiving allegedly from the State Emergency Service.
Fraudsters are sending out fake evacuation notices
The messages refer to downloading an electronic evacuation plan from a suspicious link.
This is the work of cyber fraudsters, the State Emergency Service did not send these messages! — the SSES stressed.
They urged not to click on dubious links or share personal data.
Trust only verified information on the official pages of the State Emergency Service. Be alert and don't let yourself be deceived, — the SSES emphasised.
Fraudsters became more active after the failure of Kyivstar
Law enforcement officers warn that after the "Kyivstar" failure, scammers started creating fake bots in messengers.
Fraudsters distribute phishing links under the pretext of compensation and information about the operator's recovery time.
Ukrainians are urged not to follow dubious links but to obtain information from the official sources of the Kyivstar company. This can be done by:
on the official page of "Kyivstar" on Facebook ;
by number 466 (from "Kyivstar" mobile numbers);
by number 0 800 300 466 (from numbers of other Ukrainian networks).
