Fedorov offered Musk a solution for finding Starlink from the Russians

Starlink

The Minister of Digital Development of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov spoke about the proposal to Elon Musk to distinguish between Ukrainian and occupying Starlink.

How Fedorov proposes to differentiate Starlink from Russians

Mykhailo Fedorov said that he has a proposal for Starlink founder Elon Musk on how to differentiate Starlink.

We have a certain proposal on how to distinguish and verify the Starlinks we use from those used by our enemy. And how to make them not work for them. We are waiting now, this is a process, - said Fedorov.

The minister did not comment on the decision, but said that the algorithm is clear.

I cannot comment. The algorithm is clear, it is necessary to make a decision, - said Fedorov.

Fedorov also touched on the topic of the sale of SpaceX drones to Russia.

Of course, SpaceX does not sell drones to Russia, they buy them through other countries, it is very important to understand - through whom. But at the same time, there is a technological solution - how to eliminate non-our Starlinks in the temporarily occupied territories.

What is known about the appearance of Starlink in the Russian Federation at the front

The fact that Russia uses SpaceX's Starlink satellite devices on the front in Ukraine first became known from the media.

The GUR later confirmed this fact by publishing an intercepted conversation of the occupiers, in which the use of Starlink is confirmed.

Later, the spies also found out that the occupiers are buying Starlink in Arab countries, and the cost of one terminal is 200,000 rubles.

Before that, the owner of the SpaceX company, Elon Musk, said that the devices were not sold to Russia. Currently, the Armed Forces are working on neutralizing the Starlink threat at the front.
