As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population.
Residential private and multi-apartment buildings, a school and other civil infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.
What is known about the AFU's successes and the situation in certain areas of the front
On Volyn and Polisia's directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and intelligence activities, attacks populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine.
In the Kupiansk direction, our defenders repelled four attacks near Synkivka of the Kharkiv region, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defences of our troops.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attacks near Terny and Yampolivka of the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to break through the defence of our troops.
In the direction of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces repelled four attacks in the Bohdanivka and Klishchiivka areas of the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical position with aviation support.
In the Avdiivka direction, our defenders repelled 20 attacks in the Avdiivka area and another nine attacks near Pervomaiske and Nevelske in the Donetsk region, where the occupiers unsuccessfully tried to break through the defences of our troops.
In the Mariinka direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the Donetsk region's Georgiivka, Pobieda, and Novomykhailivka. Here, the invaders, with the support of aviation, unsuccessfully tried to improve their tactical position 14 times. So, in the direction of Solodke-Kostyantynivka, our defenders repelled the enemy's assault, during which the enemy used 12 units of armoured vehicles. As a result of the battle, two tanks, six MT-LBs and one APV of the enemy were destroyed. Having received a decent repulse, the invaders suffered significant losses and retreated.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in Shakhtarsk's direction. He carried out airstrikes in the Staromayorskyi and Rivnopol districts of the Donetsk region.
The enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions in Zaporozhzhia's direction. He carried out an airstrike in the Robotyne region of the Zaporizhzhia region.
In the Kherson direction, the occupiers do not give up their intention to knock out Ukrainian units from the bridgeheads on the left bank of the Dnipro. Thus, 13 unsuccessful attempts to storm the positions of our troops were made during the day.
During the day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces struck 11 areas of personnel, weapons and military equipment concentration and two enemy anti-aircraft warfare systems.
