The head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu, claims that the military-industrial complex of the aggressor country is already forming a serial line of all types of drones — from ultra-small to heavy strikes.

Russia is trying to scare the world with UAV serial production

Putin's henchman made a new loud statement during a thematic conference call with the leadership of the Russian Armed Forces.

We will increase the supply of the most popular models (UAV — ed.). In particular, to form a serial line of unmanned aerial vehicles — from ultra-small to heavy one, Shoigu said.

In April 2022, Russian propagandists wrote about plans to launch serial production of heavy attack and reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) "Okhotnik".

In addition, it was emphasized that the production of this drone will allegedly start in two years in Novosibirsk.

In July 2023, the Russian company "Roboavia" announced the construction of a second plant for the UAV production, which will be built in the Rostov region, and the first is allegedly already operating in the occupied Crimea — in Simferopol.

Putin also announced an increase in drone production

As mentioned earlier, in August 2023, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin instructed the Rostec state corporation to increase the output of Cube and Lancet drones.

It is necessary to increase even more, the "Rostech" CEO Sergei Chemezov instructed the Kremlin chief.

For some reason, the President of the Russian Federation is convinced that the Cube and the Lancet are highly effective at the front.

Moreover, he demanded from "Rostech" to increase in percentage terms the production of the newest types of weapons."

First, it was about T-90 "Proryv" [Breakthrough] tanks and aircraft complexes.

At the same time, as can be understood from Chemezov's answers, the state corporation over the past year did not fully cope even with the current volume of orders.
