On 16 December, a large-scale fire broke out in occupied Donetsk. There are reports of a possible attack on the Russian oil depot.

An oil depot is on fire again in Donetsk

A fire broke out in the Budenovsky district of Donetsk. Residents are posting online a black smoke visible from different parts of the city.

Ukrainian Telegram channels report that the Russian occupiers have allegedly "arrived" at the depot in Donetsk. However, there is currently no confirmation of this information.

In turn, the propaganda outlets do not comment on the cause of the fire. Some write that it was a domestic fire.

What is known about the explosion in Donetsk

On 15 December, the Internet reported a massive fire in the temporarily occupied Donetsk. Later it turned out that the "arrivals" were recorded in the Budenovsky district of the city. As a result, an oil depot caught fire.

Russian media actually confirmed this information. They published footage from the scene. The published photos show that the fire was quite powerful.

On 6 December, powerful explosions also occurred in the Budyonovskiy and Leninskiy districts of Donetsk. Then a fire broke out there.
