During a joint press conference with Prime Minister of Bulgaria Nikolay Denkov, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the situation in Ukraine difficult, but under control.

For his part, the Prime Minister of Bulgaria said that today, as a sign of Bulgaria's centuries-old ties with Ukraine, he presented Zelenskyy with the sword of Khan Kubrat.
At the same time, Zelenskyy jokingly asked for air defence systems in response.
Zelenskyy comments on the ammo supply from the EU
The President noted that Ukraine has received only about 30% of the promised million artillery rounds from the EU.
Earlier, the EU representative for foreign affairs and security policy, Josep Borrell, stated that the EU would transfer 524,000 shells to Ukraine by March.
This is 52% of the set goal. At the same time, Borrell pointed out that not all member states have already sent their contribution.
