If someone in the Czech Republic publicly expresses approval of the Russian Federation's attacks on Ukraine, he may also face criminal liability under certain conditions.
The Czech Republic is on the side of Ukraine
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Czech police have opened 384 criminal cases for publicly supporting Russia's war against Ukraine.

Chief prosecutor Igor Stryzh said that these cases can be prosecuted under two articles — 365 and 405: on “approving the crime” and on “denying, approving and justifying genocide”.
The Czech Republic provides military aid to Ukraine
From February 24, 2022, to October 2023, the Czech Republic transferred military aid to Ukraine in the amount of more than 240 million euros.
According to the published document, in particular, the following was delivered:
4 “units of aviation equipment” (received by the Czech Republic in 2005-2006);
62 tanks (received by the Czech Republic in 1968, 1977, 1985-1989 and 1993);
131 infantry fighting vehicles (1973-1989, 1993 and 1999);
13 self-propelled guns and 12 MRLS of an unnamed type (1980-1986 and 1977-1985, respectively);
16 air defense vehicles (1973-1993).
