The destruction of the Russian patrol ship "Sergei Kotov"

The Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU), for the first time, published a video showing how a Ukrainian drone attacks an enemy ship.

In addition, the DIU speaker Andriy Yusov officially confirmed on the telethon air that there are dead and wounded among the crew.

Their number is currently being determined.

It is worth noting that Ukrainian intelligence officers' successful special operations occurred on the night of March 4-5, 2024.

It was implemented by the DIU "Group 13" special unit in cooperation with the AFU and with the support of Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation.

The DIU also notes that the Russian ship suffered damage to the stern, right, and left sides as a result of the strike by Magura V5 naval drones.

In addition, it is emphasised that the enemy ship was damaged by fire in the territorial waters of Ukraine near the Kerch Strait.

What is also important to understand is that the sunken ship's value is about $65 million.

Budanov made a statement about the Crimean bridge

Recently, the DIU chief, Let. Gen. Kyrylo Budanov, emphasised that his team owes its success in Crimea to the peninsula's inhabitants.

Moreover, the DIU chief hinted at the future fate of the Crimean Bridge.

We promised that Ukrainian special forces would be in Crimea in 2023, and we fulfilled this promise. New surprises await the enemies, and I would not recommend the civilian population to use the so-called "Crimean" bridge.

The subsoil agreement is still under discussion

According to Bloomberg insiders, the team of Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky will ask the United States to make changes to the new economic agreement proposed by the Donald Trump administration.

First of all, Kyiv wants Washington to promise to increase American investment.

Anonymous sources claim that on March 28, Ukrainian officials held a video call with American colleagues, including lawyers.

This time, the Ukrainian side wanted to hear clarifications regarding the latest draft agreement.

According to another Bloomberg insider, Donald Trump's team did not object to the concerns voiced by Kyiv, especially regarding the potential conflict of the agreement with Ukraine's goals for EU membership.

According to the Ukrainian side, this indicates that the White House may be open to discussing changes.
