The testing of the new bulletproof vest model lasted three months and took place in two stages. The first stage was for the comfort of wearing by servicewomen. The second was laboratory testing (ballistic, non-ballistic, materials and accessories testing).
Ukrainian women's body armour passes a new stage of testing

Both models are available for centralised procurement. The Ministry of Defence is waiting for the General Staff to request the purchase of these products. After that, the Ministry of Defence will formulate the volumes and lists for procurement.
The Ukrainian State Logistics Operator will be directly responsible for the procurement of women's bulletproof vests.
Women's bulletproof vest certified for the first time in Ukraine
Ukraine has certified the first bulletproof vest for female servicewomen. The sample was approved after two stages of testing.

According to Shark, the sample was approved after two stages of testing. After the first stage of field testing, the vest was modified to take into account the structure of the female body.
In other respects, the vest, which weighs 10.5 kg or more depending on its size and configuration, does not differ from the previously approved all-military vest.
